How do I order?

Do you have a physical store?

We are an online shop at the moment. However, if you are based in the UAE and wish to see our bags in person before ordering, please contact us at +971 55 446 9057 (call or WhatsApp) or email us at wecare@theculturedgifts.com.

Our office is based in Al Muntazah Complex (near Ibn Battuta / Dubai Festival Plaza), Dubai, UAE.

How much are the shipping or delivery fees?

Standard UAE delivery fee is AED 25 for packages below 5 kg, delivered anywhere in the UAE except remote areas.

We also ship to GCC, USA, Canada and Europe. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Please contact us if your region is not listed — we will do our best to accommodate delivery to your location.

When will I receive my order?

After successfully placing your order, your FENN bag will be delivered within 1–3 business days within the UAE. For orders outside the UAE, delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

I'm based outside the UAE — can I still order?

Yes, absolutely. Please place your order on fennuae.com. When checking out, change the shipping address to your location and the applicable shipping fees will be calculated automatically.
