To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue. We will be happy to send a free replacement after conducting our investigation.
