Shipping Policy

FENN bags will be delivered within 1–3 business days within the UAE (excluding remote areas).

Delivery within GCC takes 3–5 business days. International delivery takes 14–21 business days.

Shipping Fees

• Standard UAE delivery — AED 25 (not exceeding 5 kg in weight)
• GCC and worldwide delivery — rates available at checkout or upon request
